Contact Korea, “해외인재 DB” 구축 한국의 ‘국가경쟁력강화위원회’는 글로벌 고급인력 확보가 국가와 기업 경쟁력의 핵심요소로 부상함에 따라 글로벌 고급인력을 한국에 유치하는 방안으로 ‘Contact Korea’를 운영할 계획으로 있습니다. Contact Korea는 글로벌 인력유치 사업의 국가브랜드로서 해외우수인재를 발굴하여 한국으로 안내하는 헤드헌터의 기능을 수행하게 되며 KOTRA 해외무역관이 접촉 창구 역할을 맡게 됩니다. Contact Korea establishes ‘Overseas Human Capital Database 1000’ As human capital has emerged as a key competitive advantage for the growth of Korea, the Korean government is soon launching ‘Contact Korea,’ a program designed to promote growing career opportunities in Korea and to attract global human talents for these opportunities. As a national brand committed to attracting human capital, ‘Contact Korea’ will serve functions of a headhunting organization that finds and guides global human resources to Korea; KOTRA’s overseas trade centers will serve as contact points. For an effective operation of this program, KOTRA plans to establish a ‘Overseas Human Capital Database 1000’ of those who are interested in career building opportunities in Korea.
